PAYMENTS

Payment can be made by various cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept direct bank transfers. In Kenya payment can be made by M-pesa. Please contact us if you have any questions.

DELIVERY

Deliveries within Kenya will be made by courier. International deliveries will be made by express courier. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product and depend on the size, weight and final destination. Kindly note that the shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges and that Queen Bead shall not be held responsible for any tax or duties that may be applied in the country of destination.

RETURNS

If you wish to return a product please email us and we will send you a returns form for you to fill in and send back us so we can then evaluate if we will accept the return.

PRODUCT CARE

Cushions : Hand wash in cold water or machine wash on gentle cycle, cool water, no spin, with beaded cushion turned inside out. Alternatively dry clean.

Tote Bags: If your tote bag becomes marked, use a small brush and mild soap to scrub the marked area and rinse gently.
